You (our customer) will be the primary contact and owner of the domain. TechStudio only registers a domain on behalf of our customers. You will be sent an application form which need to be completed with your (our customer) exact and correct details before any domain will be registered or transferred.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. We would suggest you give us 30-days notice before submitting the request for any upgrade or downgrade on your hosting plans. Plans including Office 365 Business integrations can not be downgraded.

Unfortunately not. Only the website content and website databases will be backed up on a regular basis. It is your responsibility to ensure all emails are archived/backed-up locally. If you are on a Office 365 Business plan with Exchange services, Microsoft services will ensure your emails are kept on their servers and can be retrieved even if you have deleted emails.

Depending on your selected website package, the amount of time allocated to your project will define how many pages and/or elements will be available. Additional costs are applicable should the client request elements to be implemented which are not part of their selected website package. You are responsible to supply us with detailed information which should be displayed on your website.
